Ricarda Suárez Moreno

Ricarda Suárez Moreno is a bilingual (English-Spanish) professional with experience in government, nonprofits, higher education, and international organizations. As Community Engagement Specialist at Esq. Apprentice, she loves welcoming new members into our online community, getting to know their goals, and building the kind of trusted relationships that help people feel supported throughout their membership journey. She brings that same care to coordinating professional development events that connect aspiring attorneys to mentors, resources, and each other. Her background in constituent services with the U.S. House of Representatives sharpened her ability to listen closely and follow through, while her program coordination and data work at UC Berkeley and with Sonrisas de Bombay in Barcelona — focused on human trafficking and child exploitation in South Asia — shaped her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to supporting a growing community. A first-generation UC Berkeley graduate with a B.A. in Political Science, Ricarda brings a bilingual, binational, and bicultural perspective, along with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others find their footing in the legal profession.
