About the Role
Esq. Apprentice seeks a dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our members. In this role, you'll be the guiding force behind exceptional member experiences, starting from day one as each member's onboarding partner and continuing as their go-to resource throughout their membership journey.
What You'll Do
The Community Engagement Specialist will be the first connection new members make when they join Esq. Apprentice’s Queen Collective. You'll personally onboard each new member, setting them up in our systems and ensuring they have everything they need to get started on the right foot. From there, you'll continue as the trusted resource members turn to throughout their journey with us.
You'll respond to questions, address concerns, and proactively guide members through every stage of their membership experience. Your role involves understanding each member's unique needs and goals, then tailoring your support to help them succeed.
You'll coordinate member touchpoints with increasing levels of engagement—from initial setup and onboarding through ongoing support and deeper consultation. Whether a member needs quick answers or comprehensive guidance, you'll provide the right level of support at the right time, building trust and loyalty along the way.
In addition, you'll own the curation of Esq. Apprentice events throughout the year, spanning both remote and in-person formats across California. This means that the person responsible for developing professional learning experiences for aspiring attorneys and legal professionals across the state will be you! You'll identify and secure engaging speakers who align with our program's mission, and work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams on how to frame, and promote those events. For in-person events, you'll handle the logistics, including reserving venues and coordinating catering. Throughout it all, you'll keep our events data accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth planning and reporting.
